Just Meditate
Meditation is a practice of focusing attention and calming the mind. It can be used as a technique to reduce stress, anxiety, and improve overall well-being.
How to Meditate!
1. Find a comfortable position. This can be sitting in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, sitting on a cushion on the ground with your legs crossed, or lying down on your back.
2. Close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath. Pay attention to the rhythm and sensations of your breath as it travels in and out of your body.
3. Whenever you notice your mind wandering, simply bring your attention back to your breath.
4. Try to stay focused on your breath for at least 10-20 minutes.
5. When you’re finished, take a few moments to open your eyes and notice how you feel.
