“I Have Not Shed Not One Tear” – Cardi B Says She’s Okay Amidst Divorce

I’m sure you know by now that Cardi B is getting a divorce from her husband, Offset, after three turbulent years of marriage. This comes after Cardi herself filed for it in an Atlanta court less than a week ago. The two were blessed with one child, Kulture, during the subsistence of the marriage. However, after a tough period that also consists of an initial breakup back in 2018, Cardi decided to pull the plug.

Naturally, many would expect that the people about to get divorced, particularly the one that felt the strongest need to, would be having a hard time coping with the situation. This led fans to flood Cardi’s feed and wall with well-wishes and all manners of consoling messages. However, this issue seems to have no toll on the 27-year-old WAP artist. In reply to the messages, Cardi hosted an Instagram live video chat-room where she said that she didn’t really need wishes.

“I want to say thank you so much. However, like, I don’t really need it… I’m okay. I want to let you know I have not shed not one tear.” Cardi admitted that, even though her previous split with Offset made her “sad” and “stressed out”, this latest separation has no similar effect on her. She also said that the reason she wasn’t crying was because the issues this time were not based on the same ones that caused the first rift. “I just tired of f***ing arguing. I got tired of not seeing things eye to eye… when you feel like it’s not the same anymore before you actually get cheated on, I’d rather just be… you know what I’m saying? Like, I’m tired of people.”

She concluded quite emphatically; “I want to say thank you to everybody that be showing me love. I’m great, I’m okay. I’m not down. I’m not devastated. I’m not hurt. #Cardib #Migos
