Did Cardi B Superficially Praise Nicki Minaj For 'Still Dominating' Rap?

Despite their past tension, Cardi B has seemingly praised her archrival and competitor in the Rap game - Nicki Minaj in a interview promo for her new single WAP.
The two femcees have been at loggerheads for over 3 years culminating in an altercation between their entourages at New York Fashion week.
Cardi was speaking to Nadeska Alexis and she seemingly praised the 'Good Form' Rapper for holding her own Fort in the male dominated Rap industry.
"There was a time that there were no female rappers at all. I had to keep replaying songs from early 2000s. I have to keep replaying it because for a while there wasn't no female rapper" said Cardi.
She went ahead, "And then there was one female rapper that dominated for a very long time. You know what I'm saying? And she did pretty good. She's been still dominating."
That statement right there gives Nicki her flowers and her efforts in running the game and opening up the spot for others to come feed.
Cardi and Nicki's relationship reached the tipping point in 2017 when Nicki switched her verse on a song they'd all featured dubbed 'motorsport' and she seemed to diss Cardi.
The two femcees have put their difference aside (or from public eye) and generally left each other alone.
