Folasade Omolewa Ogunleye popularly known as SADE BLAQ is a songwriter, musicologist, recording and performing artist. She graduated from the music technology department at The Polytechnic of Ibadan and became the first female social director of the Students Union Government of the school.
Always had a thing of music from a very young age, sang in the choir and developed herself, Sade's vocal strength and dexterity is second to none.
She made her debut in the entertainment industry with her cover ADE to Adekunle gold's song SADE in 2015 and has kept her zeal, channeled her energy into developing her sound and her craft. Currently signed to Philex Entertainment, Sade is a complete artiste who's style and persona showcases the african heritage and sound in the purest form.
With Music influences from Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion to name a few, Sade can not be boxed to a particular genre of music.
